Ben is a Ph.D. student. His research interests are in Computer Architecture and Security using novel memory technologies.
New memory technologies give rise to the possibility of combining non-volatile, small and fast memory cells with existing CMOS logic or implementing logic in the memory itself, both are interesting avenues to solve problems in modern computing systems.
Ben received his MSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and his BSc in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
