I am a graduate student working towards a PhD degree.
My research interests are novel architectures for computing systems and emerging memory technologies. I am specifically interested in the combination of the two: architectures that allow to perform logic using memory cells. My work includes the design of a memristive Memory Processing Unit (mMPU) for in-memory computations, in addition to development of mMPU algorithms for optimized processing.
I’m currently a teaching assistant in Logic Design course.
