Hi,
I’m Anindita Chakraborty. I received my B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from the Saroj Mohan Institute of Technology (Techno India group, affiliated to the West Bengal University of Technology: WBUT, now, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology), India in 2009. My M.Tech is in Microelectronics and VLSI Technology from the WBUT, India (2011). I completed my Ph.D. in July 2021 from the School of VLSI technology of the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, on the topic of Memristor-based implementation of logic primitives, and slicing architecture for fast computation. In Nov. 2021, I joined ASIC2 research group in Technion as a postdoctoral fellow.
Before joining the Ph.D. program, I have worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of ECE of the Neotia Institute of Technology, Management, and Science, affiliated to the WBUT, India from Jan. 2013 – July 2015. I have also worked as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies (VLSI section, in a Texas Instruments project), Bengaluru, India from Aug. 2011 – Dec 2012.
My current research interests include In-Memory Computing, Logic Design using Memristors, Emerging Non-Volatile Memory Design, and Test.
