I am a student of material science at RWTH Aachen, Germany and I am currently in my Master studies (graduate student). I am joining the ASIC2 group for a research internship.
In my degree I am focusing on Electronic Materials and Nanotechnology and the topic of my research is to experimentally demonstrate logic operations with memristive devices. This includes characterization of the used memristor cells as well as the experimental implementation of different logic techniques.
