I am Arjun Tyagi & I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree from BITS Pilani, majoring in Electronics & Instrumentation. I am doing my undergraduate thesis at ASIC2 Lab, Technion. Apart from this, I have previously worked at Arizona State University & IIT Kanpur in the field of neuromorphic computing & analog circuit design.

Passive RRAM crossbar arrays suffer from the problem of sneak-path current, thus degrading its performance. This issue can be alleviated by using a selector device along with the RRAM, which is called an active RRAM crossbar array. At ASIC2, I am working upon designing a model for 1S1R architecture & evaluating the performance of MAGIC on the active RRAM crossbar array.
