🎙Rotem Ben Hur presented her work on “DART-PIM: A Read Mapper Accelerator using Processing-In-Memory”. DART-PIM is a novel memristive memory-based accelerator that has the potential to substantially improve the performance and energy efficiency of DNA sequencing.
