I’m a student at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).Right now I’m in my Masters degree (graduate student) and doing a research internship at Technion.
I’m studying electrical engineering and I’m specializing in the field of micro and nanoelectronics.
My work here at Technion will be about ‘Demonstrating logic operations with memristive devices’. Therefore, I will perform measurements using a probe station and the measurement results will be proven by modelling the logic techniques. All in all, different logic techniques should be demonstrated like stateful, MRL (memristor ratioed logic), CRS (complementary resistive switches), and single-device logic.
